Recharging Greek holiday in beautiful Rhodes
Excellent service, very kind and attentive staff. Very good entertainment program with professional artists. Delicious menu in the main restaurant.
The only exception reception didn’t really react to our notes about missing air con parts in the room and said: “it’s like this”. Ala carte restaurants have been advertised, however we haven’t been able to book as it was full throughout the week. Cold water in pools.

Family-Friendly Resort with Great Service and Fun Activities
A large, family-friendly resort with plenty of activities for kids and spacious rooms. Though our initial room didn’t match the description of Sea view, the friendly staff quickly resolved it by moving us to a lovely suite in less than 24 hours. The rooms were clean, the stuff very nice and the kids had a fantastic time at the pools and evening activities, despite the chilly water as it was the end of the season.
The design felt a bit outdated.

Wonderful
The pools were amazing, also by visiting in October we avoided the crowd. Excellent food and plenty of choices from different restaurant. The staff is wonderful, always keen to help, special kudos to Mario and Klara <3
The bed was not so comfortable for me, I'd prefer more a hard surface and this one definitely wasnt. Also they use an app to book restaurant, spa, massages, etc, but it was difficult to understand it at first and no one gave us instructions on how to use it.

good hotel that is definitely worth visiting
the Girl at the reception Klara was very nice, for us she worked instead of every other staff) and the woman who cleand our room was also very nice. But other staff mostly was not pleasant, maybe they were tired because of the end of the season. The room was clean, good view to the ocean, huge territory of the hotel allows you to feel yourself comfortable. There are enough places for children activities and a lot of children. We traveled with the 2 year old. They tried to differ the menu in the main restaurant and have a lot of additional al-acart restaurants, Italian was very nice one. Generally hotel is very big and pleasant with a lot of green and it is rather beautiful and comfortable. If you are not spoiled with Turkish and Egyptian all inclusive hotels you will definitely like it. there is a good public transportation system right near the hotel so that you can get to any location of the island by bus.
the main thing i did not like was personal, waiters were indifferent, they often gather together in small groups and just talk instead of serving. At the same time they sometimes became involved but mostly because of the cute baby. I especially did not like the SPA zone. You can't just get to the gym you need a make a reservation, the same with the sauna. And there is especial application that works only with special code, it stopped working in two days. I exercise every single day but managed to visit Gym only once, I had to exercise in the room. I did not go to the sauna arter having a look at it, it was twice smaller than sauna in our home residence, I think it is too much noise about all this with these reservations. Actually it seemed to me that the name "Lindos Premium resort and SPA" does not suit it enough, SPA is very weak. the next thing that I did not like was food, here I think the problem is the Chef, they definitely need to fire him. Any good product can be spoiled, there were a lot of fish but I could not enjoy it, cookies were too sugary, though the choice was good enough. People who fried eggs in the middle of the food court always burned them, so that it was difficult to eat them, especially for our baby. Definitely the problem is in the Chef. It is a pitty that money spent on good products are waisted because of bad cooking.
